The mission of the Pennsylvania Crime Prevention Officers' Association a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 1978, is the statewide reduction in crime through promoting the participation and cooperation of Pennsylvania's citizens, businesses and all government agencies working within the state. We are dedicated to education and training in proven and effective methods of crime prevention programs to assist in creating safer neighborhoods and stronger communities across the commonwealth.

Crime prevention is a community effort and responsibility. PCPOA provides programs and education to create opportunities for the community to build relationships with police, businesses and their neighbors to prevent crimes, improve quality of life issues all while creating safer neighborhoods for stronger communities.

PCPOA provides assistance to any law enforcement agency, local government or community organization regarding crime prevention programs, techniques and concepts to promote safer communities.
